Would like to say thank you to hays travel Maidstone chequers branch we have booked 3 holidays with them and the service is the best they couldn’t be more helpful won’t go with any one else for my bookings the lady’s in the store are the best

Lynn was amazing found a great hotel good price flight times that I wanted & sorted out Airport hotel & parking. 2nd holiday booked through Lyn & I’m sure won’t be the last

As soon as we entered the premises, Demi saw us & straight away asked us to take a seat. Demi asked us what we was looking for & we said cheap and cheerful. We got what we asked for she was brilliant went through all countries that we was thinking about & we ended up with the one that we was looking at on the Internet, We got a better deal through Hayes Travels. I went into the Hays Travel office in Maidstone and was greeted very warmly by a young lady called Daisy. I explained that I was extremely deaf and Daisy went out of her way to help me understand exactly what was happening to my travel enquiry and consequent booking.

I was most impressed with Daisy. Her care was exemplary. Daisy also said that all her colleagues in that office were nice people and she enjoyed working with them. What a team! I hope you are very proud of them?

The staff were very knowledgable and were a great help in finding a hotel that suits my mobility problems. They were also very patient when it came to making the payment using my iPad !!!
