I cannot recommend Mair highly enough! As first-time flyers, we had absolutely no idea where to start. Mair took all the stress away by guiding us through every step of the process with patience and kindness.
She organised our flights and car hire, making sure everything was perfect for our family holiday. No question was ever too much trouble, and she was always on hand to help and reassure us, even while we were away over the Christmas holidays.
