My husband and myself always use Hays Travel for our holidays as it is a stress free way to book. The agent (Primrose) put us at ease and was really friendly and made the booking for our coach trip and as always was smooth and easy, we will always use Hays Travel and recommend to all our friends and family.

We already had a good idea where we wanted to go for our holiday. Michelle provided us with a competitive price for the holiday we wanted and also sorted out our requirement for additional legroom on the flights. Anna was very efficient. She was very adept in the use of the systems that quickly allowed us to compare the options we were interested in. She was very thorough and professional. To cap it all off she was a lovely, friendly lass.
