The booking process was painless and well explained, together with dates and amounts of monies due. A really enjoyable experience, made all the more so by your personable staff. Michelle was a star.

Our experience was made 100% easier after we met Bethany, she was so calm and collected with all the booking process and all of our constant questions.
This is our first cruise so we didn’t know what to expect but Bethany made everything so clear.
She is a credit to Hay’s travel definitely 10/10
