Excellent customer service nothing too much trouble

The lady who helped us michelle was lovely she went through the booking explaining everything double checking it to make sure everything was ok she made it all very easy

When we walked into the store, which looks great in the new colours and layout, we were greeted by Tom.
He was very helpful and didn't rush us or try to get us something we didn't want.
After making our booking, getting home and a day passing by I had another look at the final booking...I then realised that I had made a mistake and booked the wrong hotel.
I sent Tom an urgent email on a Saturday morning and he stepped up to correct my error. I sent details of the correct hotel details and room options.
Within a couple of hours he had made all the calls needed and got our holiday back on track.

Natalie was very helpful with all questions we had & was incredibly knowledgeable regarding our trip.
The booking went smoothly & easy.

From start to finish the process was great. They arranged everything for us which was excellent as I need a mobility scooter to get around and we had special assistance at airports both ends and transfers to the hotel and then to the 2nd hotel and back to the airport. Although not the cheapest it was well worth it 😉

Well I had looked before going in the shop and new which hotel I wanted and had a second choice just incase but it was available and the young man who took care of us I have had him before so I went right to him he is always willing to research anything we didn’t know and sorted our seats for us and told us we would be able to collect out tickets 2 weeks before we go that was a good thing as I thought I was going to have to get them printed so it went very smooth the young man’s name was Tom

The shop was clean and tidy. Was greeted very warmly. Michelle listened to what I wanted and went both above and beyond to get the best price possible. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Even after I had keft the shop without booking she still worked on it and managed to find a better price, rang me and I went back to the shop and booked it.

Hays are very friendly staff they spend time helping you look for the right holiday that suit you I've just lost my partner in January and hays found the right hotel for me as I am going on my own in lanzarotte i will always book with hays so friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble for them.
