There was no waiting time and we were greeted by a warm welcome from Jamie. He helped us pick out the perfect holiday and booked it for us, explaining all the options available to us.

We decided to book at the shop, in preference to booking on line and are so pleased that we did. The assistant who took our booking (Pauline) was really helpful and patient. She listened carefully to our requests and even suggested things that we hadn't thought of. We were extremely satisfied as we left the shop and are now hoping everything goes to plan.

First time booking through Hays. Jaime at our local branch in Marple was very thorough checking through everything with us, he was friendly and professional in his approach to our requests we left the store with holiday booked and all the information we needed very happy with the service

Friendly knowledgeable people, sort everything out and , contact hotels for extra requests. So much easier than online. Then they print all your documents for you. Excellent
