The person I spoke (Pauline), was very helpful and sympathetic about the problems we had had with our last holiday (my husband was taken ill whilst on a Cruise). We have booked another holiday on her recommendation.

Expertise and professionalism
I had been apprehensive about booking my flights to New Zealand and Jonathan was very reassuring. He explained all aspects in detail and flagged up issues that I would not have thought of. I now feel that I can look forward to my trip rather than worrying. I shall certainly use Hays travel for future ventures!

Kadie and Pauline were absolutely excellent. Kadie calmly sorted out cheaper, shorter and more direct routes for my journey to Melbourne, and took me through the Visa process.
Overall very satisfied.
