Been with Hays Travel at Meadowhall a few times now very pleased with the customer care we get very polite staff as we use only one lady Michelle who gets the holiday we want and keeps in touch when payment and tickets are ready .

She listened to everything we needed for our family holiday. She had first hand experience of the places she suggested for us so her knowledge helped us decide!
