Travel Consultant, Michele Kirkbride, was extremely helpful, professional and patient and whilst helping us book the right trip for a friends birthday. Nothing was too much trouble and she made sure we had lots of options to consider before making our choice. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

First class service time after time
We always use Michele because she goes and above and beyond to ensure every detail of our holiday is what we want and would expect.
Nothing, no matter how trivial is too much trouble for her.
Michele's years of experience at Hays Travel is what makes her outstanding, she never gives anything less than 100%.
Even tonight she was printing out and delivering fast track passes for us at 21.00hrs as i had booked but couldn't
print them, exceptional service by a an exceptional Travel Consultant
