Great service
Nothing was a problem I didn't know where I wanted to go Nicole was so patient. Flights hotel transfers check in boarding passes all organised very happy . Will definitely use Hays again.

As always, Yvonne did a great job doing our booking. This time we were booking a family holiday for 9 people and she made it so easy, even though J2 holidays had a problem with their computer. She managed to sort it all out. Thank you.

Knew what type of holiday and where we…
Knew what type of holiday and where we wanted to go before we visited Hays but was happy when Ceilidh went through the details of a number of the hotels we had shortlisted. Ceilidh was able to book a balcony room (which wasn't available when I viewed it online) at our first choice hotel and at a price cheaper than I could find online. Happy with our experience.

Hays Country Rhythms cruise

Amazing helpful staff
The staff are fantastic in the Milngavie store so efficient and friendly, makes booking a holiday stress free , they are helpful and full of knowledge , always able to give you tips and extra info on where you’re going, transfers, places to visit and eat.
