Very helpful and friendly staff. I was informed about the whole process of my booking.
I think Hays have a good business model. They have a shop in the village and and I know I can pop in any time if I have questions to ask about my booking.

The service we received was excellent, but
We were disappointed to find the quoted price the day before had been hiked by £80. Perhaps this was done by the hotel company and nothing to do with Hays, but disappointing nevertheless.
