Exceptional Customer Service
I dealt with Clara at the Mirfield branch and she was an absolute star. I was looking for something quite specific that I was struggling to find on my own online and she came up with several fantastic options for our family. She was incredibly patient and also quick to respond to my messages. Our family now has an amazing holiday to look forwards to this summer that's absolutely perfect for us. Bronte was exceptional from start to finish.looked into where we wanted to go and was happy to sort interconnecting flights.
She was happy to look at hotels and if we wanted she was happy to change for us .

Happy experience
Chris was informative and knowledgeable about the type of holiday we were looking at, without any pressure to sell he guided us through the process in a friendly but thorough way. He organised everything from airport parking to seating on the plane to the resort hotel. Our experience of this left us with the feeling of "we will use Hays again".
