Top Class Customer service Hays Travel
Customer service representative Courtney was very helpful throughout advising and checking my booking after originally formulating a plan for my holiday / trip.
Even with minor amendments and adjustments, the customer experience has been very beneficial and communication has been very clear throughout with the best advice given including dates to avoid peak times.
All details and advisement has been done very well including making sure was on the correct website for my travel visa and getting the holiday experience booked.

I had a great experience while booking our first family holiday. The travel assistant was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the booking. Great in advising us with location and the travel options. Gave us total confidence in Hays Travel.
