Great that your travel agent does all ground work to find your cruise.
Kerry had done all her background work to try and get the booking we wanted based on information we provided her with a few days before. Because the cruise we were looking for was time dependent re when it was on sale,Kerry was already logged in to try and get the cruise we wanted. As it transpired we could not get the cruise we required but quickly ran through the other options and managed to get something that met our requirements. Kerry then made the booking and detailed any options as we went along.A very professional and well organised service.

Both members of staff were friendly and helpful, extremely patient and shared personal knowledge of the area in question. It made our booking experience far easier than we had anticipated. We would certainly recommend this branch to others.
