Absolutely fantastic!! We hadn't booked a holiday for years and now having 2 children to consider along with a nervous flyer, Kelly did a marvellous job at understanding our requirements and offering carefully considered options. From suggesting a quieter airport and helping choose well located plane seats, it has all helped make everyone more comfortable about going abroad. As with most things, we thought let's just book it online, but going to Hays was without a doubt the best option, having Kelly guide us though everything was excellent. Highly recommended!

Polite, listened to our holiday requirements. Did not feel rushed to make a decision. Went through many options regarding various flight times on a number of different start and end dates which in the end resulted with a holiday to suit our needs at an exceptable cost.

After visiting Nantwich office, about an offer on Facebook, was made to feel listened to by Luci, and what offer was developed to so much more due to searching out information and answers that delivered so much more. Luci made it so easy simple and was supportive listening to my rambling requirements.

We love going into Hayes travel in Nantwich. All the staff are very pleaant and helpful. We booked our holiday with Sam yesterday and he is always very helpful and polite. Always finds the best price too.

Luci was very helpful in securing the most convenient flights and hotel for a city break in May 2026 . She helped me download the app to help with documents etc . Even stated looking at a further break for October 2026 . Thankyou Luci .

Sam knew our requirements for a holiday and kept looking until a holiday to suit our needs was found. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
