Hays is my choice of travel agent. I have booked several holidays with them. I found them very helpful throughout.

The process to complete the booking was very quick.

I was in the shop previously with all the holiday details.
The two members of staff were dealing with customers. I think it would have been nice for customer care that one of the staff could have acknowledged me and pehaps suggested returning in x minutes

The representative was very helpful and efficient

Had it explained in very good detail that it was a Hayes travel escorted cruise and we booked it then and there .

We went into the new milton store just before closing time and the staff did so much to help us book our cruise. We were not rushed at all and we went way beyond normal closing hours.
