Charlotte is fantastic
Charlotte is fantastic, first booking was cancelled by Jet2 and we had great difficulty finding somewhere else in Ibiza.
Charlotte was so patient and went over and above with her efforts to find something else. Also booked another holiday I had to change ang again she was wonderful.
