The staff are all very friendly and helpful, they make you feel like friends not customers. They are very patient while you make your decisions and are always there to help with any further issues or questions. Thank you for doing our booking this time Rachel.

The agents have done nothing be but rude, condescending and lied about their own terms and conditions.
Each agent advises something different then says the last agent was wrong.
Avoid, save your time effort, money, sanity. Unfortunately effected health to the point stress caused hospital visits, but they dont care and dont hold accountability. For shame for the Hayes staff in Newark

The visit to Newark on Trent to book our holiday to Malta was very good. Sophy was very attentive and and gave us good advice. And followed with prompt messages by phone and e-mail. When we went it to collect details of the holiday and flights all the information was printed off and easy to follow. This is the first time we have used Hays travel and it has been better than any other travel agents we have used. We shall definitely use them again.
