We haven’t had a holiday for quite a while and Jared was really helpful. He explained so we could understand everything.He helped us decide where on the Cruise ship we wanted our outside cabin for the best views of Norway. He was very pleasant and really helpful, we will definitely come back.

Tash was such a great help throughout the entire process. Keeping regular contact and making sure we were getting what we needed.

The consultant, Jared, was very helpful with assisting me with finding a special holiday. He was polite and explained everything in detail.

Jarad was great from the start.
Jarad was great from the start.. family of 5 1st time abroad and no idea where to go!! He sat with us and gave us options after options, ideas and different places to stay. Not rush, fun , chatty and coped with two children firing questions and funny things at him. He made the experience enjoyable even if we were stressed and 101 questions were answered. Walked out after booking holiday feeling excited about our holiday. We were there for nearly 3 hrs and didn't rush us at all
He booked any extras for us and his knowledge was great!
Fantastic member of staff , highly recommend booking a holiday with him

Helpful, knowledgeable, easy
The staff in store were helpful and knowledgeable, and did the legwork of finding us a suitable holiday after we had left the store, meaning we didn't have to hang around for ages. They found us what we wanted, and booking was easy, including making minor adjustments.

Services was very difficult to access
Services was very difficult to access, are not very friendly to people from the north of England. Should welcome all customers. Three degree on why I have moved to Newbury. Once l got pass the discrimination the young man was very helpful and l managed to book two holidays with Alfa with Alfa insurance. He was nice and very helpful. Difficult as widow lost my beloved husband to cancer and not been well my self, near family now.
