Agent very attentive and polite. Listened to what we wanted and put together two separate packages. Gave hints and tips on Krakow as she had visited there herself recently.

Professional and Helpful
As usual my booking was quick and efficient and dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. Jordan also asked me if I wanted to book plane seats as I normally do. I was pleased she reminded me as I would have forgotten. This was very helpful and she is always extremely thorough.
