We had difficulty in booking our holiday because we were flying out on different dates! We had previously tried another travel agent but they couldn’t book the holiday we wanted!
We called into Hays travel in Newcastle and spoke with Laura, she was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable which put us at ease straight away.
We explained to Laura what we needed for our holiday and she told us with confidence that she could sort it out for us! which she did.
Thank you so much for your help Laura and we recommend anyone wishing to book a holiday to visit Laura and Hays travel.

Great Travel Agents
We thought the team were lovely. Laura organised our holiday for us. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely recommend visiting the Newcastle Branch and we will return there.
We wanted to book a holiday in Italy for a special birthday. None of us have been to Italy, so on this occasion we felt it would be better going to a travel agents to get advice on the perfect holiday there for us.
Their on-hand knowledge is very useful and helps you make the right choice. So you can relax knowing it’s ticked all the boxes you wanted for your special holiday.
