A little disappointing
I think it was Tina I dealt with. I was enquiring about a product I had seen on another branches Facebook page. I was keen to buy. While she dealt with me efficiently it was a case of going through the motions. No extra information including the need for insurance was discussed with me . I have dealt with Hayes travel Newry branch before and they have always been very helpful.

Newry Hays - Great Experience
Stephanie was very informative and very detailed. She recommended the best price first for the month we chose and then worked from there towards the best suitable flight times. She took into consideration our mobility needs and was just great.

Excellent Service
When we arrived, we went over to one of your representatives, Kerrie, who greeted us with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. She took the time to ask where and when we were hoping to travel as a family and carefully talked us through several different holiday options.
Kerrie was very helpful and patient throughout the process, and thanks to her assistance we ended up booking our holiday there and then. We would definitely recommend booking your holiday here.
