Our Agent, Emma, is excellent at her job, she knows a lot of information and is very knowledgeable. Emma goes above and beyond her role. Emma is always looking out for good deals for us and knows what we like and the desintations we like to visit on our cruises. She is an asset to the company she works for.

Debbie made everything so easy for us to understand and offered any help we needed . The four of us travelling are of the older generation and we find face to face much better for us than trying to manage things online . We always book with Hayes Travel .

We booked a short holiday to Rome and were delighted with the help and suggestions we received from Anne. She listened to what we wanted and was able to find us the deals that look perfect for us. Never had a bad experience with Hays Travel have booked several cruises through them and in fact have just booked another 🙂

That despite there being technical problems with the P and O Website Debbie made numerous attempts to contact them without success. However Debbie then went through what little there was available for us to see and we were able to make some decisions and we left it that we would be contacted once the systems were back. Fortunately within an hour all was back to normal so we returned to the shop and booked our holiday, another excellent service from Debbie

This time I booked with Debbie , she’s very competent and completed a complicated booking well , and also sorted answers to some complicated questions regarding possibly altering my other bookings .
She’s friendly , so not only do you book with confidence , but it’s a fun experience and you are made to feel very welcome in the Branch .

We have returned from a fab holiday in Colombia and southern America cruise organised by Nicki and now Debbie has arranged effortlessly our next holiday with flights transfers and hotel all completed without any stress or hassle thank you so much again for your thoughtful skill expertise and humour.
