Hays travel are always my go to travel agent, on this occasion to book a cruise, we had Lauren, she was lovely, polite, friendly and answered all our questions, and advised us really well.
Never done a cruise before so wanted that little extra help to make sure it was all done correctly.

It has been difficult booking a signature holiday due to firstly the island deciding to build during our visit and an alternative being thrown into disarray by Mr Trump! However, Nikki, from Hays (Newton Abbot) has been fantastic and very patient and came up with an excellent alternative. Hopefully the current situation won't through a spanner in the works this time!

I was able to book and pay for my holiday very quickly. Tania was efficient and speedy , got to work and secured me exactly what I wanted.

I have used Hays on several occasions and each time have been very happy with the service and help received. They make sure that I am aware of different options and the pros and cons of different options relating to my choice of holiday. Booking is completed by Hays and there is no stress for me which is what I want when booking a holiday.
