The sales rep was brilliant, I think her name was Fiona???. She listened to our wish list and offered several choices. She added personal touches such as I, "I would take my family here". She even managed to get us a better price by moving the holiday by two days. All I can say is BRILLIANT. Thank you!

My wife and I love our holidays. We have been booking with Hays for years. The staff are always professional and helpful, often giving us their recommendations for resorts. Just like talking to old friends. I can only award 5 stars, but would love to award more.

Was in twice over the weekend of my booking , and only concern was when i asked about a certain destination, which was budapest the girl didnt even look it up or say we dont cover it which i found a strange as it seemed she was trying to push certain destinations . Which i didnt mind as they were also on my list as a choice .
Other than that when booking on the sunday the girl was very helpful and polite and very good to deal with .
