I saw a deal to Tunisia on their Facebook page so I rang the number and got through straight away to a lovely lady named Ashleigh and asked if the deal was still there (it had been posted 45 mins before at this stage), she said yes, took my details straight away and locked in the advertised price which is always great!
She rang me back about 30mins later and took the deposit payment. Couldn't have been easier or more helpful. We've been booking holidays with Hays Travel in Northern Ireland for a few years now (we live in the south) and cannot fault their service and their deals. Definitely recommend them!!

What a fantastic experience. I went in for an initial enquiry and was looked after by Jill. Jill's professional and knowledgeable way was everything I would expect. All questions were answered with examples and suggestions. I was very happy and placed an order. Hays should be very happy with their Ards branch and Jill in particular. Ten out of ten.

I had rang the branch enquiring about an ad I had seen on their social media and wanted to know more, the girl on the phone was great and couldn't help me more she understood what I wanted and made it happen. First time travelling with Hays and it won't be the last. Thanks guys
