The whole process of finding a holiday was made really easy, Nicola asked what I was looking for and where then came back to me with exactly what I wanted.
I would highly recommend Nicola to my friends and family for a stress free experience of finding a holiday an the hours it would have taken me on the internet also she is always just a message or call away.

Nicola was amazing-very efficient and proactive. Found the perfect package for me to meet my needs and coordinated everything for me to take the pressure off. It was great to know I had her assistance if needed and to have someone else making the bookings allowed me to enjoy my trip with no stress. Nicola was lovely and supportive and made the whole process easy. Would highly recommend using Nicola and Hays travel to anyone and will be using her again in the future for stress free holiday booking. Thank you Nicola for everything-you were a star.

Family Travel
I have booked our family holiday with Nicola now for the forth year. She is always so helpful, know as a family what are key must haves and airports we prefer.
She will always find us the best deal and suggest options in case it might work for us.
