Asked for a true value for money holiday and they saved us £500 on a week in benidorm by adjusting the date by one day and a change of airport on what we could find on line

We went in the shop after browsing the window, interested in a Norwegian cruise,your assistant was extremely helpful,as we have no experience in cruising. queries were answered clearly. and convinced us that the holiday was what we wanted, and we proceeded to book our holiday for next year. She left us happy with what we booked , and looking forward to next years holiday Neither of us have used Hays travel before, but we do have your brochure now, and will be looking for other holidays, thank you.

Excellent experience
Went into local branch to book a cruise . Always greeted with a smile and staff are so helpful and no pressure to book at all , was very impressed with the knowledge and advice given to us from Leanne at NorthPoint shop. We did book eventually so Thank you Leanne for your time and patience . Definitely recommend branch
