Hays Travel - North Shields Opiniones 

Called in to check out options for a trip planned for next year. Within 45 minutes we had booked as we had been given excellent advice and numerous ideas as to what would suit our needs. We popped in with a friend who was able to book their own flights and hotel to join us even though they are flying from a different airport. Even better, after looking in to it for us, they were able to time everyone's flights to allow us to meet at the destination airport and travel to the hotel together. We won't hesitate to use them for our next trip.

Rachel at Hays Travel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to listen to all of my requests and worked hard to make sure we got the best possible price. Her customer service skills were truly second to none, friendly, professional and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.

What really stood out was how considerate she was of us travelling with a disabled child. She made sure all of our needs were taken into account and everything was arranged to make the trip as smooth as possible.

I couldn’t recommend Rachel or Hays Travel more highly and will definitely be booking through them again. ✈️

All of the agents at the North Shields store are amazing (shame the same principals don’t apply in all stores) I moved away from the area but north shield remains my go to store. They are efficient, they give you options. This holiday was advertised through one of your sponsored Facebook posts it the agent sorted everything and I was constantly updated via e-mail with the information from the tour operator via the Hays agent opposed to sitting around the store waiting

We knew what area we wanted to be in and the staff knew exactly what to show us.We have used the same branch for a number of holidays and cant fault any part of the searching and booking process!

Rachel was very patient with us and found really nice places to stay, she always stayed in touch with updates and very prompt. The whole office seemed friendly when you go in. I’ve used Hays in the passed and find very helpful.
