Good prompt service
I was helped immediately -- no waiting. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no charge. Booking my flights was done fir me and it was quite easy. I really appreciated the help.

Great service from Hayes travel in Northallerton yet again all the staff are very helpful. Big shout out to Nicola for sorting our next cruise out around the Carribbean in 2028. Hopefully Mr Trump won't cause any delays on this one.🤞🤞

Good communication through, had made several phone calls prior to calling in to book and we were met with polite helpful responses at all times. Both ladies were pleasant and helpful and a credit to the store.

The best out there
Extremely helpful polite and knowledgeable staff went out of their way to make sure we got the holiday we wanted the price point was very reasonable and competitive we have booked a few holidays with hays and honestly would not consider going elsewhere very happy customers
