Helpful and efficient service
We have been planning for a while a long trip later this year with multiple flights, car/camper van hire and hotels, altering the itinerary along the way before final booking. Hays were extremely helpful and efficient in accommodating our needs

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
We were greeted by a friendly, welcoming member of staff. Steph took us through different options that fitted our criteria for our holiday.She listened carefully to our requirements and offered suggestions to help us make a decision.
We booked our holiday and Steph completed all the necessary paperwork quickly and efficiently. She explained everything clearly and we came away very happy that her excellent service has enabled us to look forward to a great holiday.

The booking was very straightforward by Elisha. She wasn’t sure of some information given by the Inghams advisor regarding private transfers so checked twice and we got the correct details the second time. This affected the cost of the holiday but the private transfer rather than a long coach ride was a priority for me.
