As a customer that wears hearing aids the colleague in the store assisted with a phone call as I was having difficulty in hearing what the person was requesting. This made me feel at ease and not anxious and was dealt in a professional and courteous nature.

My family and I booked family holiday with Emma, she was very nice offered refreshments on more than one occasion ,the booking was process a joy from start to finish and being our first time Emma was friendly ,helpful and professional so made it easy for us to book our holiday .
