Trenaye is always friendly and efficient, so makes the whole process so easy. We booked a holiday to Lanzarote in Jan 27, and she is investigating various cruise options either around the UK, or Norway. I am confident Trenaye will come up with some great options for us. Trenaye is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and a such a major asset to Hays Travel.

Fantastic visit
From the moment I walked in .. I was offered a seat & coffee as all staff were very busy with other customers , didn't have to wait long until I was seen .
Your staff member Trenaye was warm , friendly and was very helpful. Trenaye informed me of all I needed to know while I booked my holiday , she even helped me to download your app so I can keep updated and also for my future holidays I will definitely be booking through Hays Travel.
I must say the whole experience if booking a Holiday is fun but can be stressful Trenaye made my experience fantastic. I can look forward to my holiday now knowing if I have any queries I can pop in and speak to one of your operatives no problems
