Katie was so helpful and informative about the type of holiday we were looking for, and answered all our questions about the resorts, accommodation, activities and cabin choices. We felt so comfortable with her, she didn’t try to force either her opinion or a specific holiday on us which was really good.we were very happy with the final choice and costs that we didn’t hesitate to book that day. Holiday bought via one of the remote Hays workers on Facebook. Wanted to add a few bits and amend travel insurance and so did this in local branch (Northwich). Staff are always excellent at Hays. What I like most is they are always quite candid about their personal experiences and will always give solid advice. Looking forward to our family holiday in Sharm El Sheikh, and when I'm back I will be straight back to Hays to book next year's trip!

I initially spoke to Ellie but didn’t quite find the holiday I wanted. I went back in and spoke to Laura. I had a holiday that I had in mind and as soon as I showed Laura she recommended it personally straight away, she had visited twice herself. She was very knowledgeable and it made me excited to book. It was a pleasure to sit and go through this with Laura. She also helped with amending our medical for our holiday cover and picking the seats due to myself and my son both having ADHD. You are my preferred travel agent and even more so now. So thank you for an enjoyable experience.

Popped in to Hays Northwich for advice on a Danube river cruise. We knew roughly what we wanted but we were finding it difficult to compare the different operators.
