Staff were patient
Staff were patient, took time to review different options and offered suggestions when first choice of holiday was not available.
Helped when I struggled with check-in due to late booking, taking time to look at why we were struggling.

10 nights in belamadina in Spain
I went in to inquire about a holiday in Spain last Friday
I then discussed the holiday with my husband and booked the holiday Monday 9.3.2926
The lady I saw was polite and booked my holiday in no time and gave me all the paperwork relating to the holiday
We also discussed insurance and passports which was a good reminder that I need to renew my passport and phone regards insurance cover for my holiday

We have been dealing with Hays Travel now for about five years,the holiday advisers are first class, nothing is too much trouble with their help and advice they are all friendly and like a laugh and a joke.
We are usually looked after by Steve or Cliff,both are very experienced with traveling to various parts of the world,allways good with advice but never pushy.

Exellent service
We were given excellent, no pressure advice for our next holiday with some good ideas generated by Aaminah after asking us some simple questions about our preferences. Aaminah quickly hooked into our ideals and came up with some good options for us to explore. This was our first expereince of a travel agent and it has left us feeling we will definitely use Hays Travel again in the future
