Great service from Lewis at the Old Swan branch, very friendly and knowledgeable sorted my flight details out excellent from all the staff.

Everything was excellent and perfect Lewis was great looking in lots of holidays on the time which we would like to travel, morning or afternoon and not a night one it's a nightmare at that time because of my illness, thanks for everything truely amazing.

We feel booking through Hays travel gives us that sense of security and and comfort should anything go wrong..we've used 'Hays' previously so felt comfortable and happy to use them again. We use hayes travel when we book our holidays the staff are always helpful patient and knowledgeable .we use our local one in Old swan and saw Heather recently who booked some flights for us and recognised us and remembered our names that's what customer service is all about.

Even as a seasoned traveller, it’s good to get help from a professional. Heather listened carefully and suggested places, for our 4 day beach break, we hadn’t previously considered. Her personal insight and attention to detail is exceptional and we came away with a great deal.

The young girl was very attentive and found everything we needed.

Assistant was really nice & help us with the holiday we chose, being very professional & explaining all we wanted to know. Only downside was there was only2 staff on & had a long wait… but all in all very pleased.
