We booked our holiday with the help of kelly. She went through everything & answered all our questions & concerns she told us everything about the resort & where everything was around the area & if we had any problems leading up to our holiday or while we were away to contact her.

Catlin made the full process so easy and made us feel welcome , chatting about home life and my grandchildren , also interacting with them . We wasn't made to feel that the children was causing a chaos and huge sighs made as they explored the shop . Luke also chatted to the children , lovely to see x

As this was my first experience of booking a holiday in several years,I found that the staff member was extremely patient and helpful to me. She listened to my requirements and helped me to find the most suitable things,both room and situation for my mobility issues. She was able to reassure me, and answer all my questions and concerns about travelling as a solo passenger.
