First class customer service…
The customer service I received was first class. The operative was so friendly and nothing was too much bother. She took the time to explain every part of the booking process to me, making me very much at ease. I would definitely recommend Hays Travel.

Outstanding Service
Our travel agent Jenni was excellent......very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly & patient. We had specific requests as we are travelling with a young family yet she was able to offer a great variety of holidays to suit our needs.
Would definitely use this branch again.
