Went into your shop in Ormskirk lancs and I was helped by a nice young lady .I wanted to go Shanklin isles of wight she looked up for me & sorted out a nice hotel to suit my needs also my seat on coach. We had a little chat that I had a skiffle group in the 60s & my singer was still entertaining on the island in Sandown. So I will try & make contact after60 years it would be brilliant. Erika was just great. She listened to what we wanted, found us the perfect holiday for the best price and was open and honest about everything we asked. Absolutely fabulous customer service, very personable, we mentioned that we were going for a family meal after we spoke to her and she thought on to ask how the meal had been when I went back in to book, such a small thing but meant a lot.
