Making changes was no problem to them, all booked within 15 minutes.

Quick efficient service

Having used Hays Perth before, we knew that they could deal with our holiday. We were not disappointed. Our holiday was complex but Jenna handled our requirements with knowledge, professionalism and patience. Our booking took time to complete, but we left the Agency absoloutly satisfied with the booking. Theres nothing to do but wait for the date! Great job.

I would definitely recommend a visit to Hays Travel in Perth. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed by lovely smiling staff who are all willing to assist. I have booked all my holidays with them for years now and the service I receive is always exceptional. From the time I book until the day I depart they always ensure I have all the documentation I require by printing everything off for me. They are always happy to check me in also. I can only thank Jackie for all the hard work she does in finding us our ideal holiday. A big thank you to all the staff.

Friendly and knowledgeable

From the second we walked in on the monday morning we were greeted with a smile and how can we help.....
with a maximum budget, a few must haves in the room/apartment for a last minute 4 nights away, we walked out to fly from glasgow the next afternoon for Lanzarote. The staff member who dealt with us, was very helpful and knew exactly what we required in a quiet location. Was knowledgeable about the Island which we had never been to. Offered travel insurance but chose to source it myself as I thought Hays Travel was expensive at £38. Got our Euros immediately from the travel exchange and that staff member was also very helpful and as we booked our trip with Hays we got discount on the Euros. Also got a Hays money travel bank card at the same time, which was usable instantly once activated instore. You use it like a debit card in the country you travel to and load it with the currency and it doesnt cost to use it. It is not linked to your actual bank account, but you can transfer from bank to card. We would highly recommend Hays Travel in Perth. We will not hesitate to return and book future holidays with them.
