Excellent research and detail
Our travel adviser had already researched the holiday destination we had chosen and sent us all the necessary information. She had looked at availability, flight times, discounts and price to give us the best deal. She knew what we liked and expected from our holiday and the financial limits we had. This meant that, when we visited, we knew what questions we needed answered and whether we were likely to proceed with a booking.

Incredible 5-Star Service from Hannah!
A massive thank you to Hannah at Hays Travel for making our upcoming cruise booking a total breeze. I was expecting a complicated process, but Hannah handled everything with so much professionalism and efficiency.
