This was the first time we had booked a holiday and we were delighted how the lady at hays took what we needed for our holiday and manged to accommodate all our needs , we had certain dates we needed to do and could not move them, so it was a wonderful experience to have the holiday sorted

Was offered coffee while waiting, very pleasant and helpful lady who knew exactly what she was doing and booked me flights with good departure and arrival times. A most pleasant experience scoring 10+ out of ten in all categories!

Brilliant "Plain sailing "booking
Lorna Palmer was brilliant from the get-go. She was very confident but also made me at ease immediately. I was enquiring about cruises and she reassured me about certain concerns of mine.
We covered a few different holidays but I made up my mind in the end as she clarified the pros & cons.
I am very pleased that I booked
a cruise for May 2026.
