Hays Travel never fail to deliver exceptional service and on this occasion they were even more brilliant than ever. Nighat and Fallon were so lovely and found me my perfect holiday and stayed late as they were having problems getting everything done. I would not hesitate to recommend Hays Travel in Petersfield.

Great Customer Service
This is the first time I have used Hayes Travel and I was really impressed with the service. Georgia, in Peterfield, was able to help with all our questions and very quickly helped us book our holiday without any issues. She is very knowledgeable and professional. We went in today to retrieve a 100 Yen note my son had cashed in. It had sentimental value to his wife which he wasn't aware of. Georgia went out of her way to retrieve it. It was amazingly kind and generous of her. She went above and beyond for a £5 transaction. You're a wonderful human being Georgia.

Hays Travel at Petersfield were up to their very high standard as experienced in previous years. We look forward to visting Hays Travel at Peterfield when we book our next holiday. Thanks.
Our cruise to Norway and the Netherlands went extremely well with Ambassador Cruises, even though we did not get to visit Stavanger and had to be diverted to Oslo. This was due to violent storm Dave, which was a problem with the weather and with no one else!
