I thought Carol and Kate who we saw in your Plymouth branch were excellent. However, we were both, very surprised and disappointed at the severe rise in the price of the holiday we were interested in (Malta). As a result, we decided to reduce the number of nights to 7 from 11 because we couldn’t justify the added expense ( well in excess of £340 of the price originally quoted)

First dealt with Carole last week with a broad brush plan and she came up with some great options.
Wife and I went through it all and changed the plan.
On going back, Carol was day off, so Eve took over, actioned all the changes and we have ended up, very happy.
