Booking our first ever cruise
We were given all the relevant information to look at prior to booking our holiday. Kelly, the Hayes rep at the Plymton branch dealt with us and she was brilliant. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Lovely service
We spoke to Morgan about booking our holiday. She was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was really simple and straightforward. She emailed all the documents through and explained everything we needed to know. Very impressed with the service.
