She is really knowledgeable and we trust that she will find us the best deal possible .
She is also great with recommendations of what to do and places to see, eat and visit .

Professional staff.
I knew where I wanted to go and which accommodation I wanted to book. Everything was done in less than half an hour, so no hanging around.
I will definitely book with them again.

However to his review is being written by lead passenger Beverley Smith not Adrian!
Only difficulty was the Hays IT system not being able to transfer the four rooms on the group booking so took longer.
