I had decided that I wanted to go to Lanzarote and popped in to Hays Travel and saw Katie.. We looked at all the possibilities and I settled on one in Playa Blanca.. in the location that worked for me..
Katie was brilliant, she sorted everything for me and went thoroughly through absolutely everything that I needed to know and book!
I walked out with everything printed off and she even helped me with my app and transferred my boarding passes to my phone wallet. Complete with Euros I left the office with nothing to do till I go on holiday.. Katie was lovely and friendly and super helpful.. and a credit to your company.

Kayleigh is amazing. She always finds us the perfect holiday and answers any questions we have. Genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else! The whole team is great!

Stacey is always very efficient, patient when we can't decide and knowledgeable in terms of making suggestions of alternative destinations.

Poppy was lovely and persevered to get us a quality deal for are trip to bali she was do polite and very good with clear communication with a great knowledge of destinations i was shocked to find out that she wasn't the manager with here professionalism

Taylor made trip arranged by Hayes travel/olympic holidays, Zante then Kefaliona, all flights, ferry, transfers and accommodation all went to plan. Would definitely recommend.

Just booked two holidays through Katie Thompson @ Pocklington branch. We spoke via DM then I popped in to pay. Whilst there I booked parking & airport hotel & she was very knowledgeable & made my experience with Hayes efficient & easy.
