Was able to check the holidays available. Get a pint off for the holidays and then was able to get a call back to book our preferred holiday. They also completed our online check-in.

My experience with booking my holiday with Hays Travel Portadown was first class. The team member (Karen) was extremely professional and could not have been more helpful. Hotel accommodation provided was exceptional. Amazing Karen.
When I phoned to book a deal that I saw online, it had gone up in price. Karen went above and beyond to help find us another deal which was within our budget. She was very patient, especially as my IT knowledge is dire and talked me through how to pay online. I will certainly book another holiday through Karen at your Portadown shop.
