Having not booked a holiday with a travel agent for many years , we were led through the process seamlessly! An exceptionally friendly ,helpful member of staff Dawn Brown gave us many options and explained everything clearly , offering advice and suggestions . It made the whole process so easy and we came out reassured we had booked the holiday we wanted and are now looking forward to it , knowing everything has been taken care of .

As always Dawn Prescot very professional goes the extra mile to help.

We had no experience of cruising but my wife's grandmother was Norwegian and she felt she needed to experience at least once a visit to Norway. But being unsure and nervous of cruising we were guided by Dawn who reassured us and covered everything we needed to know answering all our questions.
Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was very patient and understanding with us. Dawn had so much knowledge of the travel industry and has the biggest and most welcoming smile. We will definitely be using Hays Travel for future bookings.
