From entering the shop we were welcomed with a smile from all the staff .we were dealt with by a nice staff member called Rocco who was very pleasant he arranged our holiday as we requested went through all the options and we ended up with the holiday we wanted great service from this young man a credit to your company

5 STARS FOR VIKI PRESTON FISHERGATE
Viki from the Preston fishergate store booked my holiday extras. I booked the lounge quite last minute so there was not a lot of availability. She did not let that stop her. She took it upon herself to check multiple suppliers and found exactly what I was looking for. She is an absolute credit to the store. She had multiple clients waiting just for her, and as well as dealing with me, she was still providing 5* service to the clients around her at the same time. I'd book with Viki every single time without a doubt.

We went in to Hayes travel. We knew we're We eventually wanted to travel to after looking at home and within fifteen minutes of looking at few other hotels in Benidom. Our holiday was booked .

Another great experience
We went to Hayes, Fishergate Preston branch yesterday to book a city break to Budapest. It doesn't matter who you deal with there, staff are unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Yesterday we saw Molly who was really helpful and even got us a better price than online. She was efficient and friendly, all in all a pleasant experience.

I have used Hayes travel and formerly…
I have used Hayes travel and formerly Thomas Cook many times over a 20 year period but in recent years I’ve used Cruise118 who I approached recently but did not find them very helpful. I called into Hayes on Fishergate yesterday and dealt with Myia who was excellent in every way. She was very pleasant, kind and helpful and it was a pleasure dealing with her. Thanks Myia
